How do I start planning my aquarium?: You can start your design by either going through our quick start flow, or browsing all of our aquariums here, and adding the one you want to your aquarium. Once you have selected an aquarium, the drag-and-drop designer will be enabled.
How do I add things to my aquarium?: There are 2 ways to add to your aquarium: Firstly by using your drag-and-drop design tool. This is the easiest and quickest way to design your aquarium (only accessible on desktop). When you go to your aquarium designpage, you will see a 3D view of your aquarium. Drag and drop plants, rocks and wood from the sidebar on the left on to your aquarium. You can also select your substrate and background in the sidebar.
The other way is to use our product pages. We have a vast range of equipment, plants and fish to choose from. Simply click add to build on the one you want and it will save your selection to your aquarium.
How do I save my progress?: Progress is automatically saved. Whenever you return to MyAquariumBuilderfrom the same device you will find your previous aquarium ready to go. This progress can be lost however so we recommend creating an account. Once you have signed up you can login on any device to access all of your progress from the 'My Aquariums' section.
Can other users see my aquariums?: No. Your aquariums are completely private to you unless you share them to the gallery!
How do I share my aquariums?: Once you have created an account you can share your aquariums to the gallery. Simply click the 'Share' button on the 'Build Your Aquarium' page. Give it a catchy title and description and then add it to the gallery. You can then share the link to your completed aquarium with others.
How do I delete my account?: Contact us at contact@myaquariumbuilder.com and we will delete your account for you.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?: Contact us at contact@myaquariumbuilder.com and we will reset your password for you.
