It features ruby-red, sword-shaped leaves that are 15–25 cm long, forming a rosette 20–30 cm wide. This relatively small plant is ideal as a solitary specimen in small to medium aquariums. Enhanced substrate nutrition and favorable lighting conditions promote more abundant growth and vibrant coloration.
